Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Create and PPT for products and company profile.
- Communicate with customers through email, phone calls, and meetings.
- Attend customer meetings to explain products and services.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Search and participate in relevant tenders.
- Prepare and submit tender documents when required.
- Coordinate with the production and technical team for customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer details.
- Visit customer sites when required for product discussion or inspection.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Support the sales team in achieving company sales targets.
